For spring break we took a family trip to Minnesota with Cass's three brothers and their families. We spent the first day and night in Owatonna, MN, where we enjoyed some shopping at an outlet mall and an evening of swimming and pizza.

This was our nephew Adden's first time in a swimming pool and he absolutely loved it! He kicked his legs and splashed his arms showing his excitement!
Much to our surprise Kinsie did not enjoy the pool...she loves the bathtub and played in the pool all last summer, but for some reason she did not want anything to do with it at the motel. She spent most of her time walking around the outside of the pool!The next morning we drove to The Mall of America, where we spent the day at Nickalodean Universe. It is such a fun place and everyone had a great time riding the rides!

At the end of the day Cass, Caden, Tory and Adler decided to ride the log ride. It was a very good thing they saved this ride for last as Tory and Adler were completely soaked at the end of the ride...their shoes were even full of water! We decided it was time to end our day and head back to the motel!! Once at the motel, we met Roby's family and Cody and Karen, who had all arrived in MN that afternoon. We ate dinner together and then headed to our rooms for some much needed rest! On Saturday we all met at The Mall of America for some more fun! We spent the morning at Nickalodean Universe and then enjoyed lunch at the Corona Cantina. Cass and I then took Caden and Kinsie to Underwater Adventures, which is the aquarium at the mall. Later that evening we all met for dinner at Famous Dave's BBQ, rode on a few more rides and then returned to the motel after spending twelve hours at the mall. It was a fun day!
