Family, Friends and Football

Our weekend was filled with family, friends and Cyclone football...at our house that is pretty much the perfect weekend! Our friends, Justin, Lisa and Jackson who live in Overland Park, Kansas are KU fans so it was the perfect weekend for them to come for a visit and to attend the ISU vs. KU football game on Saturday. They arrived Friday night and they, along with my sister's family and our sister-in-law Karen, all spent the night with us. We got up bright and early to travel to Ames and spent the day enjoying the beautiful weather, tailgating and watching a great, but frustrating, football game! We had such a great time!

Lisa and Kinsie

Uncle Tory giving Kinsie a lift!
Papa and Grandma bought Kinsie some red and gold spirit beads, which, as you can see, she was very intrigued with!

Kinsie and Jackson enjoying a snack while tailgating.

Grandma, Caden and Addie at the game.

Jackson, Caden and Kinsie...can you believe that these three little ones woke up at 6:30 am, did not take a nap and were still this happy at 8:00 pm?!

Looks like you had a great time tailgaiting, and watching the game! We were frustrated as well with the outcome!

I finally was able to make it to a football game! Although we lost, wasn't it a great day to be at the game! Maybe we'll stop by at the Nebraska game.

Your pics are cute! It's so great that all your family gets to go to the games together. Your kids are troopers for lasting all day without naps : )

Hey, Angie, it's Donna Watson. Love checking your blog and seeing your children. What beautiful kids you have!! You are sure avid IA State fans. Felt bad that they lost last Sat when they had been so far ahead at half time. Great fall pics of them!
