This past week marked our 20th week of pregnancy! We had an ultrasound and check-up on Thursday and everything went great! Cass, Caden, Kinsie and I all had the opportunity to see our little one on the tv screen and to identify all of his or her body parts. Caden was very interested in all of the pictures and asked a lot of questions while Kinsie enjoyed checking out all of the cool things in the ultrasound room! We were also able to listen to the heartbeat, which was 140 beats per minute, and see the waves documented on the monitor. We were so happy to see that our little one is absolutely perfect!
Introducing Baby Shay! These are a few of the photos of our little one! The first one is a perfect profile view...so amazing! Throughout the ultrasound the baby's feet were crossed at the ankles and its hands were resting under his or her chin. The second picture is a great view of the left hand and the third picture is a view of the feet from the bottom. We do not have any full body pictures as we are waiting until our little one arrives to find out if it's a boy or a girl. We are very excited for the surprise!
